#BadassBecauseBadass Gal was set up on International Women’s Day in 2018. Their mission - to celebrate women not just for one day of the year, but every day. Focusing on junior and graduate talent, they promoted a single Badass Gal every day to celebrate their amazing achievements. Shit That Women HearYou’re either told - ‘you’re a slut’ or labelled ‘a prude’, told ‘you need to eat more’ or ‘go on a diet’, and don’t even get me started on the shit you get told if you don’t want kids. #ShitThatWomenHear is here to reclaim ALL the crap we hear and show that us women are gonna crack on regardless of what we’re told. Special thanks go to Photographer (and feminist) Marc Hayden for distilling my rage into a hashtag. He’s recently become my collaborator, so stay tuned for more from us.
