Bethan Elford is an Image-maker based between Oxford & London, UK. She draws inspiration from the creative community around her, nurturing a safe space for her collaborators to celebrate their unique beauty and enable a platform to amplify their perspectives. Alongside her experimental personal work, she enjoys capturing press shots and editorial imagery for magazines, advertising campaigns and more. Bethan is driven by the mantra of ‘championing colour, exploring texture and celebrating beauty.’
Formerly known by her Artist pseudonym 'Sue Perstitious', Bethan now works under her real name with the desire to connect more authentically.

- Celebrating 50 Years of London PrideIn celebration of 50 years of London Pride, Jecca Blac commissioned me to create a series of portraits and a community focused interview montage for their social media platforms. Pride is a celebration of people coming together, to show how far LGBTQ+ rights have come, and how in some places there's still work to be done. Focusing on the dualities between the two artists' work, particularly: vivid colour, reference to the tactile nature of hand printing photographs in the darkroom and the playful, imperfect energy of creating.
