About me
I'm the epitome of "klein, aber oho": my biggest flaw is that I don't think small. I don't believe in fluffy toppings used to make up for a dessert's appeal. My thinking is the same: ohne 'schlag', bitte! I've been fascinated with the scientific, artistic, eclectic, and surreal world of creative advertising since I was thirteen years old, inspiring me to pursue a combined path of creative writing and visual arts to achieve my dream career. Here's what you should know about me: - You can call me Beti. - I'm an international student, born in Bucharest and raised in Vienna, by an American education system. I'm passionate and curious about culture. - I write a new book every November, as part of the National Novel Writing Month. My first 'victory' was in 2014. I like calling myself a wordsmith, even though I mostly make puns during my time off from novel-ing. Latest work: https://amzn.to/3hHBW0I - I'm trilingual, and I love languages as much as I love words. - I have worked with a variety of art mediums (from the modern digital to the ancient fresco), making me able to creatively problem-solve with ease in many situations. - I learn quickly and I have the work ethic to make up for it. I always follow through. - I have a broad experience in theatre and public speaking, having always participated in plays, musicals, and Speech & Debate. - My biggest heroes are Voltaire, Galileo Galilei, Rene Magritte, Lewis Carrol, and David Ogilvy (the original 'creative problem causers'). - Have I mentioned how much I love advertising yet? My eyes literally glow at the very mention of the subject.

  • Dumb Ways To Spread
Dumb Ways To SpreadIt’s 2021, and the pandemic rages on shamelessly. We had a year to learn about the virus, yet certain people continue to be ignorant. There are still many dumb ways to spread, from conspiracy theories to cough droplets. The dumbest way of all is voluntarily rejecting the solution: vaccination. Updating the magnetic, dark humour of viral PSA Dumb Ways to Die, Dumb Ways to Spread educates, exposes, and encourages working together to put an end to the pandemic. The once-viral song is catchy enough
