About me
My professional roles, combined with my music career have provided me with readily transferable knowledge, skills and abilities. I have strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral and an easy-going personality that puts people at ease. I am a team player who takes the initiative and enjoys leadership roles. I thrive in a creative environment and have lived and travelled throughout Africa, Europe and North America. I have a flexible, can-do attitude that allows me to adapt quickly and comfortably to new situations. My flexibility allows me to work efficiently alone or as part of a team. I function well under pressure and have an ability to learn quickly. I enjoy working with people of different nationalities and cultural backgrounds.

  • CalabashCalabash is the story of the first African World Cup, told through the eyes of four extraordinary characters. A Mexican fan attending his thirteenth consecutive World Cup leads us into the historic event while the three native South Africans prepare for his arrival to the temporary football mecca that is Soccer City Stadium. In the weeks before and during the tournament, each of the four characters provides glimpses into South African society during this historic window of time, as they chase their elusive World Cup dreams.
  • Forgive US
Forgive USAfter losing 83 colleagues on September 11th, 2001, the film director Anthony Haden West, saw the US, his newly adopted homeland, descend into a thinly disguised anti-Muslim frenzy that left him aghast. He is traditionally Christian but had no understanding of evangelical America. He picked up a camera and followed 4 US missionaries through Muslim parts of Africa over 5 years. The film is tender, warm, close to the characters but still shows a sample of a vast global trend in religious fundamentalism.
