- In the belly of a whale - BellyThis collection of photographs attempts to find the physical and conceptual boundaries of commuting spaces. Photos are taken by an analogue camera. Using multi-exposure, they are merging two scenes: one taken during the commute and one taken in other everyday places. What makes a journey a commute? What is the coordinates on the earth when we commute?

Education
MA Information Experience DesignRoyal College of Art

MA Information Experience Design:
The main focus of my studies was engaging audiences to artworks or stories by creating different sensory experiences.
Through the brief set by British Library, I designed an interactive painting piece that responded to voice
records. It was acknowledged as a successful alternation to appreciate their oral history collection with visual and tactile elements.
Also, in my MA dissertation, I researched how Virtual Reality arts makes audiences involve their body and
immerse themselves into art practices. It covers the fields of media studies and phenomenology.
Practically and intellectually, these projects allowed me to explore alternative experiences with new media as well. With researches and case studies conducted during the projects, I get a better understanding of different modes of appreciation and audiences’ reactions. Online activities, interactive technologies and multi-sensory works provide more memorable and subjective experiences.
