I am keen to use and develop my skills in ICT, Media, Music and Drama, with qualifications in LAMDA and Trinity Rock & Pop to back my ambitions. Overview:
During the COVID-19 pandemic I was regularly updating my CV and cover letter and applying for lots of jobs every week. I had an interview with MNM Property Services and was given the opportunity to begin working in the office. I worked here for about a month and decided to leave due to personal circumstances changing, but gained some more professional administrative experience
Duties:
-Took on a variety of administrative roles including answering phones, dealing with enquiries via email and communicating with a variety of different types of people; including tenants, council representatives, the working operatives and the office staff
-Used a new software called ‘Callsys’ to book operative holidays, note trip reports and complete operative overtime sheets on a daily basis
-Dispatched jobs for operatives; ensuring they were booked upto 5pm, received jobs in their trade and arranged for them to work overtime after 5pm or on weekends
-Phone calls inc. booking, cancelling and scheduling appointments and dealing with operative queries
-Emails inc. managing 4 inboxes on a daily basis (from Look Ahead, Tower Hamlets, Centrepoint & IDS Maintenance), replying to all queries and making sure all enquiries were dealt with before 5pm
-Completed a month of work from 3rd August 2020 to 16th September 2020.
