  Buying and MerchandisingWorking on a range plan in collaboration with Whistles produced a S/S skirt range tailored to represent the timeless feel of the brand whilst adhering to consumer taste. The project formulated understanding of critical paths, lead times, sourcing, negotiation, phasing, consumer and brand awareness. Providing support to the Buying and Product Development teams including sample management, data entry and CAD colouring using Adobe Illustrator. Working with design, technical and merchandising departments to manage the critical path from initial order stage through to delivery date confirmation. SMS management and maintaining sample cupboard including ensuring all samples arrive within the required deadlines.
