I am currently working as a Fit Flop brand specialist within the Harrods concession. During my time here, I have gained an understanding of the range of Fit Flop products and technology, which has enabled me to provide great customer service. I have also developed a client base of who come to me directly for advice, and specific enquiries. I am responsible for visual merchandising, and assist the manager with admin, reports and stock maintenance.
Thornaes-FMC is a fashion marketing consultancy, which helps brands to develop themselves at an international level. As a marketing/commercial assistant I prospected various brands via email, over the phone, and by attending events, such as London Fashion Week. I had to update our database of buyers using a CRM system. I created, negotiated and closed deals.
As a press officer, I had the opportunity to help organize a fashion show at Paris Fashion Week. I managed the sponsorships, phoning and letters. I also created and sent press kits to specialist press, to improve visibility of the brand and increase press coverage.
During this internship I was in charge of several campaigns. I sent regular emails to make sure clients were aware of project updates. I also had to assess the results of the campaigns. Additionally, I was involved in TV campaigns, purchasing and programming. (Budgets: Rozana, Delpeyrat, Optic 2000, Isotoner, Bigard, Vichy Celestin).
I had the chance to participate in the production of an event to provide information to the general public, « Trophée Extra-Ordinaire ». The event aimed to raise awareness of mental disability. I created a survey and led the data analysis for the campaign. One of my tasks was to write and distribute press releases. I also found service providers and secured sponsorships.
