About me
Hello! I'm Capryce, and I like to focus my work on sustainable design and design for good. While having a great interest in all areas of design and being open to a range of different opportunities, I’m enthusiastic about working on projects within Branding, Packaging and User-centered design all with positive impacts on the environment. I believe the key to successful and innovative design is giving problems a visual voice.
Projects
  • Future Lines Campaign
Future Lines CampaignThis concept is to create awareness for future sea level rise predictions by using lines of neon coloured lines at a specific average level of 45cm which is the predicted rise by 2050. This line will be a constant ‘in your face’ reminder of what is to come if we don’t change our ways and reduce our carbon footprint.
  • Tipsy Tea
Tipsy TeaTipsy Tea is a vodka and Kombucha cocktail beverage targeted towards millennials. The probiotic cocktail’s design is based on patterns of live culture found in kombucha drinks but with bright colours for an energetic and contemporary feel. The range of flavours zingy lemon, fiery ginger, and sour apple are inspired by summer for a refreshing taste. Kombucha is fermented black or green tea, and with the addition of vodka gives it the name Tipsy Tea. The colourful patterns on the cans are vibrant
  • Carbon Shelves

During my time at university I have learnt: • Developed a creative mind-set allowing me to come up with innovative ideas while thinking conceptually • Editorial and Book Designs following a grid layout in InDesign • User Experience and User Centred Design • Branding and Mock-ups • Illustrations, Way Finding and Signage • Animation and Adobe After Effects • Web Design (Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS) • Participating in briefs for D&AD and RSA Student awards Throughout three years I have been taught how to prototype, visualise and pitch my ideas with a user centred and user tested approach. My experience gained at University including the ability to Discover, Develop, Define and Deliver my ideas would be highly beneficial to any employer and organisation within this industry.
