Manage the end-to-end production of all creative content, working closely with the in-house creative agency and senior stakeholders, as well as external production agencies and freelancers. I also implemented and streamlined new processes (e.g. Agile), creative briefs, workflows for the creative team (including designers, copywriter, videographers and developers), and improved communication between teams.
· End to end project management of global and local marketing campaigns and creative content (campaign ideation, emails, website builds, display, social media, direct mail, video production etc.)
· Work with commercial teams to refine project requirements and break large tasks down into deliverable actions
· Work with the internal creative agency and traffic manager to understand resource requirements for tasks/deliverable actions
