I am a Brand and Marketing Strategist helping brands raise awareness, drive customer growth, improve positioning, and generate revenue through effective action-plans. In almost four years at Melissa shoes, I helped shape the brand’s global voice, form an international community, and delivered successful product launches such as the collaborations with Viktor&Rolf, Opening Ceremony, and Fila.

    As part of Melissa’s International Marketing team I achieved brand growth globally by raising awareness, forming an international community, improving positioning and delivering successful product launches. I created a relationship with and coordinated marketing strategies for the launch of collaborations and licenses, such as Viktor & Rolf, Vivienne Westwood, Opening Ceremony, and have worked in previous projects such as Comme des Garçons, Marine Serre, Sanrio (melissa | Hello Kitty), melissa | NEXT with Fiorella Gianini, FILA, Baja East, Campana Brothers, and more. I helped bring to life a calendar of brand activities at the flagship stores (Galeria Melissa LDN and NY) and actions to build and nurture the local communities, IRL as well as via digital and PR tools. Including: artistic installations at Galeria Melissa LDN and NY (Juno Calipso, Gary Card, Fashion East, Natalia Stuyk, Studio XAG, Anyways), monthly events for community building (with the likes of Polyester Zine, Pxssy Palace, Ashleigh Kane, Nellie Eden, Kitty Cowell, Vegans of LDN, to name just a few). I raised awareness and formed a community around the brand in strategic cities such as Milan, Los Angeles and London through experiential projects such as Fuorisalone - Milan Design Week (2017-2019), Venice Beach pop-up, and melissa | NEXT competition. My job included oversee the production of all marketing materials, including specific campaigns for collaborations and licenses, website content, and social media accounts. Monitor competitor activity and brainstorm potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services. And also work closely with marketing managers and teams in other territories where the brand is present (especially Europe and Asia), to review strategy and receive information and updates about progress and results, making sure the global strategy is cohesive
