    • Leading strategic global work such as vis-ID assessment and the development of 'brand truths', global creative reviews • Managing creative development on Head & Shoulders' largest campaign for 2018 (budget over $1M) including briefing and creative teams in the development of a full toolkit of TVC, POS and print. I have also managed client feedback throughout and developed a proposal for the accompanying digital toolkit alongside the Digital Business Leader. TVC available here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LyoI7ZmlfIY • Managing the roll-out of master English assets to foreign language markets, working with local markets to identify and supply their requirements • Working with producers to help organise productions, including liaising with agents to arrange celebrity attendance, helping to research and suggest music, taking work through Clearcast assessments and owning the budget tracker. • Managing team training including internal onboardings and external courses • Presenting creative work across TV, digital, POS and print, interpreting feedback and debriefing to creative teams • Working closely with the Project Management team to deliver tasks on time and on brief • More recently at my request I worked purely on digital projects including: o A total design revamp of the H&S website (due to go live in June) o Leading the development of a digital content strategy including video content and search back articles o Preparing content for 77 website articles and briefing SEO copywriters o Working with the Social Media Manager to launch a brand Instagram channel (live in June) o Leading strategic and creative development of video content including How Tos, corporate transparency videos and influencer content Results • Managed the development of a new and premium visual identity across print, digital, TVC and POS, launched with the Superman TVC in March (link above) • Working with CSO, led a global competitor review and presented agency research and recommendations to the client, which have been incorporated into future strategy planning • Proposed a holistic revamp of the brand website including development of a consistent illustrative and infographic style; approved and now in development • Qualified in Google Adwords, Analytics, Hubspot Inbound Marketing, Yoast SEO copywriting

    Responsibilities • Reporting directly to the board director/company founder, I acted as the first point of contact for clients across a range of sectors and organised tasks from day to day requests (e.g press ads) to TVC production. • Propaganda is the UK's only MCA accredited brand consultancy and the team operates at clients' board level. I chaired monthly marketing strategy meetings for The Car People alongside the company founder and board director to advise on overall business strategy and marketing. • Managed campaign creative from initial concepts through to production and delivery, coordinating the various teams within Propaganda (e.g. Corporate Comms, Social and PR, Creative and Design). • Organised photo and film shoots, working with Propaganda's Art Buyer and TV executive to pull together the right team of photographers, stylists and production crews for the clients' needs. • Responsible for financial forecasting and driving gross profit to deliver against Propaganda's targets for each client. Results • Negotiated and delivered The Car People's most ambitious TV campaign to date, from initial creative through to production and delivery. The latest advert is available to watch here: https://www.facebook.com/thecarpeople/videos/1271211889569652/ • Managed the creation of an in-store TV channel for The Car People, 'TCP TV', producing 15 minutes of branded visual content and developing a sub-brand identity. • Project managed the launch of the first ever loyalty scheme for a used car dealership, The Car People 'Friends', which has over a 96% uptake rate in showrooms. The scheme was the hero of a customer engagement strategy which was 'highly commended' at the MCA awards 2016. • Developed a brand identity for Slaith which allowed for a successful launch to trade in April 2016, with plans to launch to consumer in September 2016. • Supported and rolled out a 'thought leadership' repositioning for Clipper, which set the company up for a successful stock market flotation in 2015.
