I am Cecilia Dibenedetto, a fashion Photographer from the South of Italy(b1997). I moved to the UK at 19 to become an independent woman and undertake a career as a photographer. Once I graduated from High school (2016), I spent a few years working and travelling around Europe until I found England suitable for my needs.
I am a London-based Fashion Photography student at the University for The Creative Arts. I recently returned from Australia after attending an exchange program at LCI Melbourne for six months, where I was delving into the study of Videography and Photography.
I want to work in the fashion industry as a photographer to develop my skills and keep myself constantly updated regarding new fashion brands and trends while studying. As well as that, I would like to invest my time while working to gain experience and develop my interpersonal skills by building connections with other creatives. Over these years as a student, I learnt how to create editorial fashion stories using a personal approach based on in-depth studies. I learned how to achieve different light settings in a studio and edit images using software, including Adobe Lightroom, In Design, Cptureone, Photoshop, and Adobe Premier Pro to edit films.
My work as a photographer focuses on expressing national and global cultures and life experiences, focusing on individual subjects and their experiences, landscapes and the clothing they wear in their environment. My enthusiasm for photography started as a game during my childhood, documenting the ordinary life of the family farm in Puglia. Constantly surrounded by animals and stretches of wheat fields, she developed a strong connection with rural and pastoral landscapes and the people who work and live in them.

RGB depicts persuasive real-world objects in the primary additive colours used in digital photography, creating a broken reality referencing the cubism of Pablo Picasso and the dream-like object relatio
