I'm an integrated designer specialising in print, branding and digital design living in London always ready for a new challenge. I have a holistic understanding of the design industry, with a history of branding and print and have opened myself up to the digital world. I’m at a great stage in my career that I live and breathe design. I feel I excel at the beginning of the design process and love to craft and perfect an idea wholly through to completion whether within print or digital.Locked Pro Plan feature
In order to grow as a designer I wanted to be able to enhance my digital skills and embrace a new direction in my creative career. I created over 8000 social media ads for The Olympic Channel and grew my digital thinking. I lead multiple projects and grew confidence in owning a task. I demonstrated self initiation through learning Sketch and increased my time management skills throughout numerous quick turn around projects.
My role in the design team was to create B2B collateral which ranged from client facing to employee facing communications. I used my own illustrations to grow the brand’s already existing illustration style which we used throughout our printed collateral. I had to quickly develop myself into an account manager, designer and artworker. Not only running my own projects, artworking, proofing but also contacting suppliers, gathering quotes and liaising with all departments. I learned a great deal about the print process at intu, as every project I took into account finishes and paper stock, which enabled my understanding of budgets and deadlines.
I was lucky enough to be able to work in an agency that’s won an outstanding amount of DBA Design effective awards. I worked across projects from Coca Cola to branding within education.
Creating ideas and concepts individually and in-group brainstorming sessions. I articulated various conceptual routes through both digital and print applications. My work varied from logo creation, brochure layout, designing animated banners, brand creation advertising and online collateral. I also had opportunities to present and pitch my concepts to clients. (This role unfortunately ended by redundancy of a third of the company)
