In this role I was responsible for driving the marketing and communication strategy across web and socials for an external IWE (Integrated Web Experience) community called the Service Support Center Community - an external self-help platform for Cisco service support, as well as helping to structure, set up effective processes, build communication plans and drive user adoption. As the community settled, a new name was implemented and I became the communications lead for new Cisco Operations Exchange community. I drove daily management and overall strategy for social media channels and managed all related Cisco External web sites. As part of this I managed community structure, the creation of page layouts, content, visual assets “How To” features and training material. I was the Communications and Marketing lead for the Global Service Support Operations Team (GSSO). I also project managed the creation and ongoing maintenance for the internal communities; World Wide Customer Operations Team and Customer & Partner Experience (CPE) Team, including managing the governance team for this, overlooking overall build, lead design and content - as well as driving a successful overall adoption. Creating guidelines and process documents to enable effective new media communications, as well as visual assets and branding strategy.
Provided freelance advertising, campaign, lookbook, e-commerce, press, digital content and portrait photography for clients such as Diesel, Carharrt, Evisu, Zalando, Palmer Harding, Universal Music Norway, Sony Music UK, Fred Bennett and Pretty Green.
In this role, I managed new Cisco support services introduction and readiness for the Global Service Support Center (SSC) Team. I was responsible for driving global process improvement and implementing web 2.0 technology, improving team productivity; wikis, blogs, customer desktop sharing and an internal discussion forum to enable agent knowledge sharing. Received CAP award for innovative work by implementing an internal collaboration platform for the team and achieving 70% adoption.

Built a digital marketing strategy for relaunching A1 into the Norwegian territory.
