  • • Project managed the DMA Youth Initiative which seeks to encourage graduates and school leavers to enter the direct marketing industry. This involves directly managing the development of the Youth Platform due to launch in September 2015 in conjunction with the IDM as well as developing an engagement programme for young people in the industry, including quarterly events. • Successfully expanded the youth member database of the DMA from zero to 300 within the first year of the Youth Initiative and have grown youth membership on DMA Councils from 3 to 8 within the first 6 months of the initiative. • Help facilitate and project manage DMA council events, research, best practice, white-papers, thought leadership and all council outputs and co-ordinate the content for DMA council communication channels e.g. blog, newsletter, social media etc. • Manage DMA council projects by delivering project plans and outputs to deadline and budget. 
Successfully delivered a 12,000 copy insert in conjunction with the DMA Inserts Council, published in Marketing in November 2014. • Assist with the annual DMA elections, DMA events, networking and business development projects. To date have recruited over 150 new council members since starting work at the DMA.
