- FMP: BOB X ELTONBOB X ELTON - THE UNEXPECTED FRIENDSHIP BETWEEN MUSIC ICON AND RACING DRIVER! My final collection is inspired by the unexpected friendship between musical icon Elton John and rally car driver Bob Bean. Capturing the character that Elton expresses in his stage outfits showing his creativity and individuality over the years, combined with the design of my grandad's rallying racesuits. - THE SUSTAINABLE CHANGE IN THE FOOTBALL INDUSTRYTextile waste is a major problem for the planet and the fashion industry contributes 92 million tonnes to landfill every year! This project looks at sustainability in the football industry. One football kit used to last multiple seasons. Today, teams have up to three kits every year and most of these go to waste. I have designed a range which reuses and recycles old football shirts in a innovative way, to line new garments.
