I am an experienced Producer, having worked across both commercial and editorial content and all digital channels. I am a strong team player, capable of making involved decisions when it matters. I’ve worked in the photography industry for the last 10 years and have a strong aptitude for working to deadlines and dealing with unexpected problems. Being adaptable and versatile while working with different stakeholders in varying situations has been fundamental in my career so far. Colleagues would describe me as friendly but firm, down-to-earth and loyal.

    Production of lifestyle photography, multimedia content and assets across all Boden channels and markets, within budget and deadlines, to the highest possible standard. Full scale production of studio and location lifestyle shoots in UK and abroad, managing budgets of £100k plus. Filming in challenging environments in the UK and around the world. Production of short form content for editorial and branded content video. Location research and scouting, crew and talent booking, model licensing, travel arrangement, management of all logistics. Negotiating favourable usage rates with photographers, models and agents. Supporting creatives and brand team during the planning process, identifying locations and talent that reflects seasonal creative concept and campaign messages. Staying informed about campaign development, creative signoffs and post-production deadlines. Clear and effective communication with direct team and other departments including product teams, creative, design, post-production, brand and marketing teams. Use of creative problem-solving skills to clear any commercial vs creative misalignments. Cultivation of a broad catalogue of contacts and working relationships built with production companies and other 3rd parties and content providers. Understanding of copyright legislation and contractual processes. Budgeting: Projecting and continually reviewing costs, working within the parameters of the budget. Flagging and reacting to changes in brief/circumstance that may impact individual shoot budgets. Reconciling all costs, tracking and processing invoices.

    Producing shoots and managing a team of shoot producers & shoot assistants. Ensuring all assets are delivered within budget and to deadline - to the highest possible standard. Managing annual budgets of up to £1.5m. with a consistent and clear oversight of budget. Adjusting forecasts and predicted spends season on season. Full-scale production on shoots (UK and abroad) as Shoot Producer (role below), producing and running shoots on a bi-monthly basis. Managing and mentoring 5 direct reports so they develop and thrive as part of a vibrant and dynamic team. Owning the communication with all stakeholders effectively and building relationships across the business, particularly with creative, product, design, post production, brand and marketing. Liaising with production companies and continually researching and presenting talent and location ideas that reflect the overall feel of the brand. Implementing viable, clear processes. Pinpointing and tackling potential issues before they occur. Running a detailed and comprehensive planning schedule and establish a critical path and workflow to project manage end-to-end production.
