About me

I am a female portrait and fashion photographer using both digital and analogue cameras based in London. I have recently shot for Wonderland, a Condé Nast event, Calvin Klein Fragrance, as well as a Fujifilm Instax campaign and was selected to be H&M’s Live-style portrait photographer for their Regent Street store launch. My work has been published in both VOGUE Italia and NME Magazine and I have recently won an International Photography Award for my self-portrait series.   Dazed Club Spotlight: Colette Slater Barrass"My name is Colette and I’m a London-based portrait and fashion photographer drawn to analogue techniques. I find film to be a magical process, allowing me and everyone involved in my shoots to slow down. My work blends contemporary visuals with a nostalgic colour palette. This series is inspired by memories of making cyanotypes with my dad and using makeshift drying racks in his boiler cupboard.
