Holding a quota of $4M USD, my time at Microsoft UK saw me successfully manage 6 Global Accounts. One of many highlights was assisting Tata-owned Jaguar Land Rover to reduce IT costs by 30%, facilitating their first ever Enterprise-wide Software Agreement with Microsoft worth $3.1M over 3 years.
I orchestrated a considerable virtual team from top UK and Redmond Executive Sponsors through to Solution Specialists and Technical Sales, Premier Support, Executive Briefing Centres and global virtual teams from Germany, India, America, Italy, Mexico and more. I managed complex tactical engagements and closed the business resulting from them.
I excelled at building fruitful commercial relationships and navigated through complex organisations, mapping business needs to customer solutions.
My success was largely due to my ability to motivate and mobilise talented, specialist teams through rigorous engagement and hard work.
