About me
Cristina's an Arts Professional with more than half a decade of experience supporting a wide range of creative spaces in an admin capacity - artist studios, architectural practices, galleries, museums, talent agencies and NGOs. Her most notable collaborations to date have been with the Yvonne Domenge Studio, the Museum of Portable Sound, the Zaha Hadid Gallery and Zaha Hadid Architects.

    Curator of 'Transitivity of Implication', for The Museum of Portable Sound'Transitivity of Implication’ was The Museum of Portable Sound's third temporary exhibition. It had as its main premise the causal chain that Daniel Toca, the artist, created by transubstantiating his own words into spoken word and sound pieces (with the collaboration of Mexican improviser and musician Carlos Edelmiro): like in a hypothetical syllogism that leads us to conclude that from P we can infer ‘infinite’. Toca wrote a text score exclusively for the re-opening of The Museum of Portable
  • Production of large-scale inventories
    Production of large-scale inventoriesDuring my collaboration with Magnum Photos, I assisted the Print Sales Team with the production of inventories of Eve Arnold's, René Burri's and Elliot Erwitt's archives. Because of these assignments, I was able to work directly with around one thousand vintage prints.

Founded in 1979 by the late Zaha Hadid, the firm is now led by Patrik Schumacher and has designed almost 1,000 projects around the world. As a Receptionist, I'm responsible for: · Greeting and welcoming visitors and guests. · Answering and directing incoming phone calls. · Managing the Reception and general enquiries inboxes, as well as the meeting rooms’ calendars. · Receiving and sorting daily mail. · Booking couriers and cars. · Administrating Zoom licenses and Mapiq Office Shifts. · Providing assistance to Accounts, Archive, HR, Project Admins and staff members, when required. · Ordering refreshments and lunches for internal and external meetings. · Arranging CPDs.

    The Zaha Hadid Gallery showcased the latest in architecture, interiors, furniture, and product design through curated exhibitions, and provided insight into the process and ethos of both the architecture practice and design studio founded by the late Zaha Hadid in 1979 and 2006, respectively. As a Gallery Assistant, I took care of: · Managing the gallery’s phone traffic, inbox and calendar. · Organising and coordinating large-scale events. · Providing ad hoc administrative support to Zaha Hadid Design (sales, sales reports and stocktaking). · Assisting the Archive team with condition reports. · Liaising with Accounts for budget approvals. · Conducting guided tours for internal and external guests during the running of the 'ZHD x Rosenthal' and 'Concept to Completion' exhibitions.
