  • Rebranding | Liberty Bishop
Rebranding | Liberty BishopLiberty Bishop is a professional, financial services company. Their brand image needed to be refined, and utilise their professional approach. Prior to this project, they had not updated their brand image for over 15 years, there were also inconsistencies in their brand ‘story’. I lead and redesigned all aspects of branding including a new logo, colour palette, design guidelines, website redesign, promotional material, and documentation. Interior Design | Charles Worthington Flagship SalonThe redesign of Charles Worthington's Flagship Salon on Tottenham Court Road was a project I was a part of whilst working at REMI.C.T Studio. The brief was to create a stylish, homely space that reflected the classic brand that is Charles Worthington. The introduction of marble tiles brushed gold finishes, feature walls and neon signage brought a refreshed, modern and luxe feel to the salon experience.
  • Interior Design | Architecture Studio
Interior Design | Architecture StudioAn additional project I worked on while at REMI.C.T Studio was the redesign of our new studio space. Located overlooking the Olympic Park, Stratford we decided to create a design that reflected the visual aesthetic of the brand, the studio’s architecture style and designs whilst remaining minimalistic to let the view from the window do the speaking. When I joined the company, they had not updated their brand image for over 15 years, there were also inconsistencies in their brand ‘story’. I lead and redesigned all aspects of branding including a new logo, colour palette, design guidelines, website redesign, promotional material, and documentation. A huge part of this project was the introduction of a brand story, interviewing business owners and finding the compelling aspect to the company. Internal projects were all designed by myself, alongside the HR Manager to improve the office morale, engagement and make it a happier place to work. We introduced many different projects, amongst them were quarterly Town Hall Meetings to update the team’s on business changes, a new Employee of The Quarter Scheme, a Social Team that spent time planning the year’s social events. Concise research plan implemented by myself. When I joined the business, they had not conducted consumer research so getting to know the new consumer was my core focus in the early stages of my employment. Introduced and designed workflow processes to allow for the Marketing team to have a structure for growth. There were a lack of processes in place due to the lack of department knowledge, so I implemented daily processes. This included producing thorough data reports. Introduced, created and implemented new research-informed, creativity led social media strategy and content calendar. This include action plans to grow followers, engagement and positive sentiment. Once strategies were in place, KPI’s were designed and regular reporting back to the board of directors was conducted. Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports were produced and data was analysed to produced records of progression. This enabled the business to identify strengths and weaknesses and further develop our consumer identity.
