I was commissioned to take photographs that captured this unique mood and atmosphere, to be used as part of a new design that translates this unusual blend of rigidity and flexibility in thinking; helping to define the Institute’s brand and create its pioneering identity.

Acting as 'agent' for 250+ Trainees in behind the camera departments, often with 100 + live placements at any one time. Management of the Trainee Finder Team. Community Management. Event Management of a UK wide networking series. Promoting to schemes offering at events nation wide. Identify and developing training to upskill the cohort. Pastoral support as first point of contact for Trainees for all Trainees as they navigate the industry, often handling complex situations involving conflict resolution. Creating processes and accompanying documentation to maximise efficiency, including a programme manual & EDI recruitment policy.
