I created this 2D logo manually using the pen tool and shape builder tool to extract out the shapes for the final visual. A clean, minimal logo design with a professional look that sits comfortably within the silk market and fashion industry. The ‘Athelas’ font was used for the typeface to reinforce the final design for the logo.

As MBM Contracts is a construction and cladding business I wanted to create some meaning in the design that resembled what the company does and the industry it’s within. For this, I started by creating a six-sided polygon shape and duplicated this shape 3 times to create the framework for the 3D cuboid. Strips were then created using the stroke

Designed in Adobe Illustrator using the Ellipse tool. I started by creating a circular shape using the ellipse tool then duplicating this 3 times in equal ratio to itself to create a geometric framework for the top half of the logo.
