First Class Fashion Design graduate from Bucks New University. I am a hard working individual with drive to succeed at any task given.
I have experience in garment design specialising in womenswear with skills such as, pattern cutting, toiling and garment construction. I spent my last year of university focusing on sustainable fashion and finding ways to upcycle second hand clothing to create a new innovative product.
Projects
- FMP: Evolution Of DenimFor my collection I chose to create an entirely sustainable collection of garments by upcycling second hand, vintage denim. This method allowed me to expand the lifespan of the material whilst reducing the need for new resources. I have used a range of techniques to create a product that is innovative and fashion forward such as weaving, layering and patchwork. I also wanted to create sustainable finishes such as laser etching to give an acid wash effect without the use of toxic dyes. From doin
