About me
I am a Birmingham/ London based designer who specialises in womenswear (couture and ready-to-wear) often working with lightweight delicate fabrics and creating bold and voluminous looks. My key skills include sewing by both machine and hand, embroidery and draping. I also have a talent for colour and tend to design using on trend colours and themes. Through my textiles background and love for history I am able to do this through the use of fine details, especially embroidery which is often loosely inspired by the use of detail in historical fashion. I am most inspired by my surroundings and nature, my family and heritage, and also drapes which I have created and often use as a starting point for my design process. I am driven with an end goal of being established within the haute-couture market. I also intend on exploring the world of costume as it is a pathway which allows me to enjoy both my love for history and fashion whilst also expanding my creative capacity through offering me many concepts and themes to explore.

Through tulle, embroidery, vibrance and volume I have created a collection which embraces the innocence surrounding dreaming making it youthful and playful. Through the use of soothing tones, I have relayed the illusion of a calm night making the collection sophisticated and fusing
