    • As a production coordinator, I provide various administrative services throughout end-to-end production; making sure the production on schedule and within budget. This entails daily contact with other departments of the company, such as creative, human resources and accounts, as well as vendors outside of the company. I also organise film crews, including recruiting, directing and supervising pre-production, production and post-production staff. I coordinate accommodations for casts and crews on location and occasionally type and make copies of scripts when they undergo changes, as well as prepare and file production paperwork, process contracts, order equipment and answer phones.

    • As a Studio Coordinator and Production Trainee, my responsibilities are to provide a full support for Producer with the following: - creating call sheets and talent contracts (as required) - taking care of the talent during the shoots (organising their logistics, catering, hospitality etc.), - communication with the suppliers and the clients. - budgeting - production and post-production arrangements and liaison with the designers/ videographers - delivery of the final assets to the client. Within the administrative aspect of my role at the Studio of Art & Commerce, I also manage the diaries and logistics for the senior management, and coordinate various Studio office tasks (including the team's time sheets) and functions to ensure office operations and projects run smoothly.

    • During this work experience, I accomplished a wide range of tasks. I got largely involved in: - Sourcing interesting guests for the broadcast; - Recording VOX outdoors for relevant stories; - Editing sound for the news stories; - Writing cues for the broadcast. I approached every task with enthusiasm and high level of professionalism. As a result, I got an incredibly good feedback from my supervisor, who was impressed with my learning abilities and enthusiasm.
