Responsible for new store openings and cooperating with franchise business partners and country visual merchandisers. Providing them with training strategy that maximizes the aesthetics of a product with the intent to increase sales. Providing PowerPoint recaps from all the store visits and openings to be shared with Company Headquarter in Italy. Supporting openings in Vietnam, Greece, Cyprus and Bulgaria.

Analysing music trends, exploring ways of improving existing TV program, and increasing it’s profitability.
