About me
A 2:1 bachelor of honors in psychology graduate from the University of Salford looking for challenging opportunities as a User Experience (UX) Researcher. I have a penchant for asking users the right questions and a natural curiosity for getting to the heart of a problem that never runs dry.
I am currently working as a user researcher for WePlay and have assisted the African Rainbow Family in the past.
Good design is a symptom of great user research.
Projects
- Supporting LGBTQIA+ charities through User ResearchThis pro bono initiative aimed to assist a striving non-profit organization. The research comprised of two parts. First, the generative part investigated user motives, mental models, pain points, and goals to understand the users and how we can increase the current funding. The second, being the evaluative, focused on assessing the usability of the charity's website. The results provided a clear perspective on fundamental issues donors face in terms of experience and usability.
