  • Stories of Change
Stories of ChangeA different world is possible, but we need to share stories of hope, courage and change to learn how we can get there. Through 10 voices, Stories of Change weaves together the perspectives of both people and the planet. It unites people fighting for a more interconnected future, from documentary photographers and filmmakers to grassroots activists and youth campaigners. Listen to stories that investigate how colonialism, racial justice, identity and indigenous knowledge intersect with global e
  • The Earth Issue 004: A Dream of Tomorrow
The Earth Issue 004: A Dream of TomorrowThe Earth Issue’s fourth edition looks at alternative visions of the future in a world marked by crisis. What is the role of the artist in imagining what could be? What does reconstruction look like? How can we design a better tomorrow that ensures an intersectional approach taking into account both human wellbeing and environmental protection? The lockdown shed new light and a growing emphasis on slow craft, activism-driven and speculative work within the arts: projects that provide a conceptua
  • Black is... A Complex Identity
Black is... A Complex IdentityI had the pleasure of being a part of Accenture UK's "Black Is..." short film project. Turning the words and stories of six of their AACN members into moving art. Delight's story retells her journey moving from Lagos, Nigeria to Cambridge and London. Adjusting to a new environment moving from being part of the majority to being a minority. “Becoming aware of what black meant to the rest of the world.” Sit back and take in Delight’s story and find the other 5 inspirational films on Accenture UK

  • The Earth Issue 003: MANIFESTO
The Earth Issue 003: MANIFESTOManifesto is the third printed edition of The Earth Issue Magazine. This issue is a guidebook on activism and creative practice. Taking direct inspiration from artists, writers and other creatives who have, to one extent or another, authentically aligned their environmentalism and their creative practice. It looks at ways in which day to day actions can be sustainable, joyful, and in-line with one’s craft. Debossed cover, A4, 204 pages, offset print using non-soya vegetable oil-based inks, perf
  • The Earth Issue 002: IMPACT
The Earth Issue 002: IMPACTThe Earth Issue's second issue unpacks two forms of “impact”: both the positive and negative traces left by humanity on its natural environment in the context of the Anthropocene, and the possibilities for environmentalist impact at the conjunction of art and activism. 89 pages, offset print using non-soya vegetable oil-based inks, perfect bound, full colour on 100% recycled paper.

    Lead Graphic DesignerThe Earth Issue
    London, United KingdomFreelance
As the lead designer for environmental artist collective The Earth Issue I was involved with creating the collectives brand identity, website and printed publications. Working closely with the creative directors and editors-in-chief I've designed two publications. The first being the titular issue of the The Earth Issue which showcased 29 artists and creatives working within the intersection of art and environmentalism. We aimed to create a legible eye-catching publication that takes full advantage of the beautiful imagery and artwork supplied by the artists. The second being a sub-issue in collaboration with MaterialDriven & Form&Seek that was presented at and accompanied Form&Seek's 'Age of Man' exhibition at the Ventura Projects area of Milan Design Week 2017. The sub-issue introduced and showcased the theme of the exhibit and the responses from 30 designers and artists. I spent time finding interesting and eco-friendly printing solutions and techniques such as: riso-printing or using plant-based inks. I also maintain the website, design the email newsletters and other collateral.
