Lead visual and interaction designer on the BBC IVP project, becoming the BBC Olympics video player. My role was primarily focused on defining the look and feel with an in-house team and defining the interaction and user experience.
As part of the Canonical design team, our role was to be the brand guardians across a distributed environment and work with an open-source community. My primary area of focus was the lead designer for web, which involved the development and implementation of the Canonical and Ubuntu brand across all digital touchpoints.
Primarily I was the lead Art Director on the BT.com consumer account, developing and refining the consumer brand online with a focus on the three key lines of business. During this period I also had the opportunity to lead on projects for Volkswagen, British Gas, Unilever, the National Grid and D&AD.
