To deliver initial pilots for two service to be deployed in the APAC region. How 
/ Through two week sprints making outcomes tangible quicker. Defined a design approach to allow all teams to work smarter. Defined a governance model to support delivery and opportunity creation. Impact 
/ Successfully delivered the pilot in APAC then branched into the Swiss mark.
