  • Having demonstrated my ability and value as an intern, I was offered a role upon designer Xsenia Runa founding a new luxury womenswear label. Within this role I am responsible for a vast array of tasks and have demonstrated on a deeper level my professionalism and great potential for further growth. As the company consists of only the director and myself, I have played a key role in all aspects of launching a startup business and have been hands on with every area of the business which required attention. My responsibilities include: - Assisting the designer. - Running the business day to day. - Responsible for all book-keeping and communicating with the accountant. - Interviewing and coordinating interns. - Realisation of print artwork from original photography through to finalised digital print files. - Coordinating orders. - Liaising with clients. - Brand marketing. - Managing development and upkeep of website. - Organising regular events. - Management of social media. - Developing new editorial photography content with creatives for regular press inclusion. - Coordinating samples and stock quantities. - Calculating all costing and price points for styles. - Involvement with pattern cutting, toilling, and cutting finalised patterns from fabrics ready for production.
