- Degree Show - Graduation Project Intrigued with the idea of the 'viewer experience' I focused on site-specificity, the process of making and the form of the human body through the details and surfaces of the skin. I wanted to create a sculpture viewed from all angles and therefore had to sustain a sensitivity and thoughtfulness as to the site and situation of my work. Project CoordinatorCazenove Capital Management

Cazenove Capital entered into agreement to take over the management of approximately 400 client accounts from a family office. My position was supporting the front office team in opening these client accounts, in a team of three temporary staff. This was a two month project, with the aim of opening all accounts over a 5 week period.
- Responsible for liaising with Client Documentation and Compliance departments
- Producing progress statistics on a daily basis to ensure on boarding is completed by deadline
Receiving, recording receipt and verifying client account opening forms
- AML documentation, understanding ID requirements for different types (private individuals/trusts)
- AML risk assessments, incorporating a clients electronic searches, jurisdiction and occupation.
- Obtaining appropriate authorisation from senior management, compliance and authorities

MiFID Analyst Cazenove Capital Management
- London, United KingdomInternship
Completed portfolio manager reviews with over 100 portfolio managers ensuring legal documentation was accurate and correctly signed.
- Liaised with the Finance Department to review individual client fee schedules.
- Created procedure documents, reviewed and ‘tidied’ core spreadsheet data with complex formulas
- Built and ran intricate mail merges to produce printed client letters (10,000 letters generated, with over 20,000 portfolios)
- Produced consistent progress statistics across multiple communication channels (finance department, project sponsors, project managers and the project team).
- By following strict controls where letters could not be changed or edited, I had to be both assertive yet sympathetic to the situation at hand, offer valuable feedback and corrections to ensure the project was a success.
- The MiFID II project has given me a good insight into client Wealth Management and client communications. I have also gained an understanding of project management and time management, developing processes and building business contacts.
