I'm Ellie. A creative, art director and treatment designer, with green fingers and a penchant for DIY. I studied Film and Television Production at University of York, and have followed that passion for moving image, story-telling and pop culture ever since.
I started out in production, designing director treatments and assets for clients such as: Ford, Sky Vegas, Kellogg's, Landrover, Waitrose and Slimfast. I also tried production managing on for size whilst I was there, but my heart belonged to creative.
I then moved on to a Creative position at RANKIN, where I got stuck into through the line work for Mercedes-AMG, Rolls Royce, Aston Martin, Royal London, Vaseline, Aircall, and Hunger Magazine, to name just a few. From brand identities to publishing, editorial to TVCs, music videos to online exhibitions and beyond – it was a whirlwind of fast-moving projects.
Most recently I've been in-house at Exposure, where I was Creative Lead on Levi's® and working on a handful of other brands – including, but not limited to: Samsung, Viagogo, Diet Coke, Amazon Prime Video, JD Sports, Nordstrom, North Sails, Sprite, Dyson and Superdrug.
Having garnered experience across conceptual, editorial, social, interactive and experiential over the past years, I am taking this show on the road and going freelance. I love to work in a team alongside a fabulous creative writer, but I am also happy flying solo.

Our campaign was a direct, emotional tribute to these incredible people. No tricks, no gimmicks – just humanity at its very best. In just one publication the campaign received 127,000 views, whilst it was covered across categories in cosmetics industry publications and more

- Rankin x NHSRankin, said: “As the coronavirus pandemic began to unfold, I was moved by the incredible efforts of people across the NHS and I wanted to document who they are and their role in fighting this disease. Taking a portrait is a unique and intimate experience, even with social distancing in place. Everyone had their own inspiring story which to them was just doing their job. I hope these images portray the resilience and courage they show every day in the face of real adversity.” Those photographed20
