I have hands on experience in working in a variety of Creative and Production based roles including Team Lead and Management positions.
I have a desire to learn and express in any environment, to be challenged on ideas and notions to creative the best outcome; whilst expanding my knowledge in as many areas as possible. I have a passion for social and environmental issues and discussions in art and creation, as well as a background working in fashion.

Managing the team and delegating tasks to a team of 5-8 employees, quality control of all Ecommerce imagery, time-managing the meeting of deadlines daily, working with multiple teams to create a smooth workflow to ensure hundreds of new products were online daily.
Specific responsibilities included:
- Daily tasks, roles and workload for the entire team
- The overall quality checks of all Ecommerce imagery that was to go onsite
- Working with other teams to collaborate on the completion of Supplier and out sourced imagery
- Problem solving issues with SKUs, imagery and any incorrect visual representations of products
- Taking briefs and task delegation from the creative retouch and graphics team
- Working with the Ecommerce Manager to increase productivity, workflow, team processes and team culture
- Working with other team leads to increase productivity and workflow through all of Production
- Teaching and being on-hand for new staff members at all times to answer queries and explain the team processes and workflow
