About me
I have a strong understanding of documentation principles and hold a Master of Arts degree in Art History: Collections & Provenance from the University of Glasgow. My degree and my professional experience have both equipped me with the necessary skills and knowledge to make significant contributions to collections management, research, cultural heritage, and working with digital assets.
I have excellent skills in research, data entry, and cataloging which I have demonstrated through my experience with diverse archival materials, including film footage, photographs, and paper records. During my studies at the Kelvingrove Art Gallery & Museum and the Hunterian Museum, I was also able to interact in a professional setting with artistic objects including paintings, sculptures, clothing, decorative art pieces, jewelry, textiles, and the like. I am proficient in using a range of databases and management systems, which enables me to adapt efficiently to specific software and protocols. Additionally, my strong interpersonal skills allow me to work collaboratively with colleagues from different departments, ensuring efficient information sharing and project completion.
