Just over a decade ago I began studying global drug policy, with a focus on cannabis, taking me on a decade long journey discovering the natural power of the plant. I've been lucky enough to spend time across the full-spectrum of the industry from the cannabis farms deep in the Emerald Triangle, amongst growers and outlaws, to the halls of UK and EU parliament, advising cannabis regulators and multinational brands. When I began, I was itching a curiosity, but months later it felt like I could make a job of it, bringing the relaxing, de-stressing and anti-anxiety powers of the plant to the masses. In 2020, I launched Goodrays, a premium CBD seltzer set to disrupt the functional beverages market. The visitors were taken on a journey to find a scent that matched their personality at Selfridges Oxford Street. I worked as part of the core creative team to deliver the project which included the physical experience 'store' (with windows which customers explored), packaging design, website, and animation.
