About me
Hello! I’m Eoin, a Graphic Designer with over 15 years of experience in commercial Creative, print and digital design. I’m currently freelancing after managing an in-house design team for Beds and Bars Ltd, a pan-European accommodation supplier in the Hospitality and Leisure / Travel & Tourism sector. I deliver professional, cost and time efficient design solutions, fuelled by creative imagination and a passion for effective, innovative design from brief to production.
Projects
- Neon Cactus Wines - BrandingI was asked to propose some ideas for the rebranding of Neon Cactus Wines, a wine shop based in Alberta, Canada. Neon Cactus Wines is a wine retailer / off-licence and a wine tasting club. The client needed a fresh clean design that could be used in signage, merchandise and POS. I minimised the design to basic shapes to keep the branding clean and classic. The colour palette although infused with Neon shades was kept subdued.
- Belushi's - Paris MuralsA new Belushi's was opening in Paris and internal branding was needed to boost the rock theme and also push the other european sites. The banners were eventually printed on vinyl and hung horizontally in the bar/restaurant. Concept and theme is the evolution of live music and location... like a growing and shifting ink-blot. Pieces are 5x1m wide and there were 7 variations.
- Dugout Bar, London Bridge - BrandingBelushi’s UK, opened a new venture in 2014 with the launch of The Dugout Bar in London. The premise was to open an american style ‘man-cave’ of a bar to re-ignite the sports bar sector. I was tasked with developing the brand and coordinating with the marketing and interior design teams to create a functional branded space for project. The key elements of the project were based around Americana sports themes and the passion for sport.
