My name is Esther Duran and I am a Product Designer and UX Architect - Strategist with over 12 years of experience. I seamlessly blend physical and digital spaces solving problems that affect usability. I do this by creating products and experiences that MATTER. My work is driven by two beliefs: that everyone benefits from good design and good user experience and that good user experience and good design is always memorable, effective and beautifully simple. I speak the truth, go the extra mile and believe that collaboration is the root of great things. My fascination for human behavior and desire to understand what motivates people, their hopes, fears and dreams helps me to comprehend how audiences interact with products and how products can play key roles in people’s lives. For the last year I've been working with clients such as Virgin, SEAT, ITV and Savills just to named a few. I love collaborative work, if you need a UX hand please drop me an email.

I led the UX and creative department in London that produced and unified the brand vision worldwide (in South Africa, Australia and Europe) and mobilised new engagement with emerging markets such as North and South America through the understanding of consumer’s necessities and market opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and foster new branding directions worldwide - Lead the UX-UI and creative department to accomplish the relevant guidelines, products and creative-UX practices - To promote exceptional, ideas driven, brand design solutions focusing on the big picture - Develop new iOS, Android, website, blog and social media channels “look & feel” to keep consistency and enhance UX-UI - Be the brand guardian during worldwide events (Mardi Gras, cinema festivals, etc) - Create and produce prototypes, organise focus groups and user research - Management of projects as a whole; including engagement with stakeholders and partners through meetings, presentations and overseeing of budgets
