- This World - Colombia with Simon Reeve As Freelance producer my job was to find and develop stories, characters and locations to suit the project's editorial brief, pitch ideas to executive producers, manage a team of location facilitators abroad, liaise with local authorities to obtain access to locations, supervise logistics, schedule filming calendar together and liaise with the logistics team (flights, accommodation, transport).
- Vodafone #First - SpainGlobal advertising agency AKQA required a new partner to produce stand-out branded documentary films as part of their client’s Vodafone’s #Firsts series. The theme of the series is empowerment – enabling people to do things for the first time and share their stories with the world. Chosen by a public vote in Spain, Francisco Hita – a secondary school music teacher, wanted to realise his dream of the #First Symphony Orchestra on the beach and spread the joy of music to onlookers on Almería’s beachfront.
- Second Chance SummerI was hired by Twofour, the production company behind BBC Two’s The Real Marigold Hotel, to produce this heart-warming new series, where ten adventurers spent two months working together in a farm in Tuscany to test if they could make a new life work for them. This was a unique chance for them to put their dreams to the test in an incredible try-before-you-buy experience – at the end of the trial, will they decide to buy the farm and make the move for good, or return to Britain? With stunning locations, a touch of comedy and some amazingly entertaining local characters. Tune in this spring to watch Second Chance Summer on BBC2.
