Sample Room Manager
* I support the Producers with the organisation of the schedule, booking models and couriers, conduct castings and communicating with the studio to enable a smooth production process. Regularly liaising with clients to maintain relationships.
* Managing a team, I take leadership and set individual objectives while intergrating teamwork. I input ideas to help build and develop the Harrods account, plus many of our other clients (Liberty, New Look, Matalan, TKMAXX...).
* Oversee the care of Harrods stock and deliver an outstanding quality of service. Accurately recording the receipt and storage of stock; produce quality checks, catalogue returns and report damages using in-house workflow software.
* Distributing client’s jobs has excelled me in time management, by prioritising workloads to fit deadlines.
