  • Messa Typewriters
    Messa TypewritersThis is an ongoing series of which this is the first finished illustration. Messa was a Portuguese typewriter factory that closed in the early eighties. They produced medium quality typewriters that were a very important part of the Portuguese daily life. This is my homage to the brand and its workers.

  • Flanzine
    FlanzineThe logo for a magazine inspired by the old fanzines. Flanzine was created on Facebook by two virtual friends, João Pedro Azul and Luís Olival. With some nerve, they infected a group of prominent authors and artists from different fields and languages that started joining the family. The name plays around with the word "fanzine" and the highly consumed and loved dessert, the flan pudding.

  • Casa dos Catos
    Casa dos Catos Although the house was filled with succulents, it was called the "Casa dos Catos" (Cactus House). It was a very beautiful house by the beach that the owners used to rent for the summer and for which I designed this very simple logo.
  • Sementeca
    SementecaSementeca is a seed exchange project. Anyone, anywhere in Portugal can participate by collecting and sharing seeds with the community through scattered seed boxes available in participating organizations. The project is only taking its first steps and is a sister project of Plantei.eu, a website currently under development.
