- 'Standby: Reality is Redundant' ExhibitionThe exhibition environment ‘Standby’ uses the designer as the case study in seeking to question whether the digital era has led us to become passive consumers, disconnected from the world around us. In contrasting physical and digital mediums by utilising projection mapping and print to create an experiential design environment, the work showcases the distorted view social media presents and its ability to make its users cognitively “switch off ” whilst using it.
- 'Taught Programme Review' PublicationA hand-manufactured commissioned book for the University of Edinburgh depicting the students personal ‘ECA (Edinburgh College of Art) journeys’ and the overall development within the School of Design. The report, (produced for the schools external assessment,) in its content, form and way-findinding system, showcased the unique individuality of all its disciplines separately, but also how they are intrinsically ‘woven together’ to build one collaboratively community.
- Jupiter ArtlandThe sculpture proposal ‘On Hold’ is a disruptive installation comprised of a signal blocker and LEDs. Located in the social, non- exhibition ‘hubs’ around the Jupiter Artland Sculpture Park the piece prohibits phone/ wifi connection within a close vicinity, highlighting notions of connectivity and the meaning of ‘communication’ in a merging digital and physical world by encouraging human interaction.
