Hi, I’m Gabby- a passionate, proactive, and driven multi-disciplinary creative with interests in design, fashion, events and culture.
I’m a first class Graphic Design graduate, specialising in conceptual and experimental design, and I recently completed a short course in Fashion Marketing and PR through UAL.
Seeking shadowing, work experience, and internships opportunities to kickstart my creative career. Eager to connect with like-minded people who share my passions!
Projects
- Electronic_WorkshopA series of workshops exploring various creative mediums, accompanied by electronic music, with a focus on people, process and place. The first event used collage as a material for participants to create whilst socialising and networking with others. The source material provided relates to the history of electronic music, initially made by editing together recorded fragments of natural and industrial sounds. - Perpetrator'Perpetrator' is a Fashion Photo-book exploring concepts surrounding local women’s safety. The dos-a-dos bind visually represents looking back and forth when walking, with the fear that someone is following you. The title is printed on the reverse side of a woven stock, using a graffiti style typeface, informed by research. The use of graffiti is also present within the publication featuring the words ‘avoid alley’, taken from a Facebook post where a local assault occurred, as well as a heat
