Utilised Social Media platforms to headhunt artistic talent based in South London for a female only art exhibition (graphic design, photography, filmmaking and multimedia crafts). Curated the exhibition and established a network for artists to sell work, and find other creative opportunities (for example be hired, or find further exhibition opportunities). Engaged with many individuals from the art world and had a face to face meeting with a representative from the Tate Modern Gallery.

Ensured that the expenditure for the AGM was efficient, and respectful to Peter Marlow's memorial which coincided. Researched aspects of location hire and decoration saving the company over 75% of their target outgoing costs. Liaised professionally and appropriately with many world famous agency photographers (Ian Berry, Chris Steele-Perkins, Max Pinckers, Paolo Pellegrin etc.) including being a physical point of contact and providing assistance over the phone. Helped with B2C lightbox creation on the Magnum Website and retrieved relevant images from archives. Communicated with members from the Paris office during a joint publisher project with Phaigon.
