About me
I recently finished as a student at college in digital multimedia which I really enjoyed learning and developing in app design on Adobe XD. The majority of my work focused on this area of media. I also learnt graphic design, marketing, research, and photography. The course gave me a wide range of skills that I hope to develop in further.
In my free time I can often be found reading books as this is one of my favourite things to do. I also enjoy creative writing, baking, listening to all genres of music and taking photographs when I am out and about. I am always planning activities with my friends, broadening out and meeting new people.

I have been working at a primary school since Jun 2022 doing a plethora of different jobs. I do a lot of admin and clerical work within the school office. I operate a lot of the school systems, handle sensitive data relating to he children, file, scan, answer phones, communicate with parents and do any jobs that the other office administrators give me. I get through the work load given to me fast and efficiently. Among this I am also a part time cleaner and relief cleaner and mid-day. I am often found doing all three jobs in one day, I am good in the fast paced environment, working with the children, and being attentive in everything. I also have a Paramedical First Aid Training Certificate, this allows me to administer first aid on the children.

I recently finished a level 3 extended diploma in digital multi media at the derby college building Joseph Wright. During my two years there I was able to learn and build up both my hard and soft skills for within the digital space. The digital topics that we focused on included a range of graphic design and photography but my main interest was in UX and UI app design which I spent a lot of time learning. I designed and created multiple interactive apps using Adobe XD and Figma. For my final major project, I designed a social media app for old Hollywood celebrities in the 1950’s that took me several months to research, design, and make interactive for an exhibition presentation, which earned me another distinction star. I received two distinctions stars, one for year one and another for year two on the course.
