Sample Coordinator responsibilities:
- Manage the intake of samples for the buying and merchandising department.
- Track samples borrowed by other departments and ensure they are returned when necessary.
- Responsible for logging and handling of clothing, footwear and accessory samples.
- Prepare samples for the e-commerce and studio department and communicating with the studio team when product is coming in/launching soon so that priority stock can be shot and ready for upload.
Stylist Responsibilities:
- Responsible for styling garments within the e-commerce fashion studio ensuring daily shoot targets are met and adhere to brand guidelines.
