About me
I'm an aspiring director, activist, and producer that has been working in the media industry for 4 years as an intern from the age of 14 and at the age of 17 became a freelance assistant producer and runner. My main aspiration/ goal is to create change in the media industry throughout the world when it comes to diversity in the media industry. Another goal of mine is to change how countries like the UK's address black history month and their history of colonialism and racism. I work towards pushing positive change in the world one step at a time until I have to pass the torch onto a younger generation of activists and filmmakers. I've been through multiple training programs one of which had me Direct a documentary with the BFI with the assistance of my film tutor assigned to me and my incredible team which made it a team effort over everything else. Since that time i’ve spent my adult years Consulting Grass Roots movements in regards to their movements, PR, Social media, Partnerships, Events, Creative Direction and so on. I’ve also created a second documentary around the activism in 2019-2020 around polics brutality and it’s similarities to activism around the same topics in the 70’s I D.O.Ped and co edited the documentary along side my amazing co-workers at account and Thaddeus Brown the director.
