I am an art student at the University of Reading, I am interested in pattern, design, and printmaking as well as fashion. My ambitions are to work with a high-end fashion or design company whilst creating my own designs for them. My aim is to set up my own business, designing clothes that are modest but have a contemporary or futuristic twist to them and are made to fit for consumers.

- 'Fear of Anthro-be-seen' (2020)Fear of Anthro-be-seen’ is a piece that depicts a life-size figure almost ghost-like but supposedly be a full-length hijab. A black fabric decorated with a range of patterns and prints inspired by Islamic and weather patterns. It is constructed from chicken wire and fabric in the shape of the hijab which acts like a mannequin for the hijab. Along there is a white veil over this, which is decorated with embroidered cross shapes that suggest negative views from society. Inside the sculpture, is a
- 'Catwalk' (2018)My first-year final piece for my studio art practice, the brief was to create an impossible sculpture, something that is impossible to happen or work. I thought of creating something quite humorous and ironic whilst having an interest in fashion and the use of fur in the industry. I used clay and fake fur to create the cat feet sculptures to stand on a catwalk stage made from MDF wood. - Metamorphosis (the way) 2019The way they are changing The way they create movement The way they grow and form into a butterfly I created the butterflies lifecycle in the form of prints from Lino and stencil. I have included microscopic close ups of the butterflies wings and scales in between the process.to show it's infinity and never ending of them as well as its pattern.
